The focus of RF Sampo will concentrate on making 6G radio technology as efficient as possible, using the possibilities of new frequency bands and antenna technologies, and inventing designs that will make it simpler. It will focus on antenna structures, integrated circuits, unique RF designs, and algorithms as well as new RF technologies for 5G and 6G.

6G launch date in India
The minister stated the expectation that 6G technology will be available in India by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024.
